Question:How often is the USPTO database updated?
Answer: The database is normally updated every Tuesday, the day patents are issued. Exceptions may occur for Federal holidays and when problems arise with data availability.
Question:What's a land patent?
Answer:
Land patents document the transfer of land ownership from the federal government to individuals. Our land patent records include the information recorded when ownership was transferred.
Question:Why does a particular drug product only have exclusivity?
Answer:
Exclusivity is not added to the patent life.
